Flooring, waterproofing, paint, plumbing and electrical.
Overview
Finishing & Services, in practice
The finishing stage decides how a building feels and how much it costs to maintain. We run flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing and electrical under one supervisor, so the trades are sequenced instead of undoing each other.
Trades sequenced so nobody breaks what the last team finished Waterproofing ponding-tested before it is covered Electrical and plumbing routed to as-built drawings A snag list closed and signed before handover

Questions
Before you ask
Anything not covered here, call and ask. You will reach someone who works on Finishing & Services — not a call centre.
Is waterproofing tested before tiling?
Yes. Wet areas and terraces are ponding-tested and the result recorded before any covering work starts.
Can we select our own materials?
Yes. You can specify brands and finishes; we price against your selection and flag anything that will cause maintenance problems later.
How are snags handled?
A joint snag walk produces a written list with owners and dates. Handover happens after that list is closed, not before.
