Foundations, RCC, masonry and plaster — the part you cannot redo.
Overview
Structural Works, in practice
The structural stage is where shortcuts become permanent, so it is the stage where we are least flexible: specified materials, cube testing, curing schedules and supervision records on every pour.
Cube testing and curing records on every pour Reinforcement checked against drawings before concreting Materials from specified sources, with delivery records Structural work photographed and dated as it is covered up

Questions
Before you ask
Anything not covered here, call and ask. You will reach someone who works on Structural Works — not a call centre.
How is concrete quality verified?
By cube testing at the specified intervals, with reports shared as part of the project documentation. Curing schedules are logged rather than left to memory.
Do you do foundation work on difficult soil?
Foundation design follows the soil investigation. Where the report calls for piling or a raft, that is priced in rather than discovered halfway through.
Can we inspect during the structural stage?
Yes, and we encourage it. Progress photographs are shared regardless, and site visits can be scheduled at any stage.
